Please note : 50% minimum deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Cancellations: No shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival
are non-refundable. Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing. Notice given over the telephone will not
be considered valid and will not be accepted. Because airline schedules must be booked months in advance, our clients
often make their reservations 1 year in advance. When you make your reservation, you have reserved your time slot,
rendering it not available for others who inquire about the same time. If you have a change of plans, people who
wanted your time slot have already been turned away, forcing them to reserve elsewhere. In all cases a $150
administration fee will be charged for cancellations…most of which only covers the non-refundable bank charge
card financial fees.
9-24 month advance notice cancellation = 100% refund
7-8 month advance notice cancellation = 50% refund
4-6 month advance notice cancellation = 25% refund
0-3 month to last minute cancellation = 0% refund
